Implementación de plataformas de resolución de disputas en línea (ODR) para resolver acciones de tutela en Colombia, como motor de eficiencia y sostenibilidad para la rama judicia

RESUMEN: Implementación de plataformas de Resolución de Disputas en Línea (ODR) para la gestión de acciones de tutela en Colombia, se presenta como una solución para mejorar la eficiencia y sostenibilidad del sistema judicial. Para lograrlo es importante que se incluya inteligencia artificial, para que la plataforma logre ser una herramienta realmente transformadora y de verdadero apoyo al sistema judicial. Actualmente, con el avance de la inteligencia artificial se puede garantizar el apoyo de estas herramientas desde la recepción de la acción de tutela hasta la emisión del fallo. Esta innovación no solo optimizaría el sistema judicial, sino que también contribuiría al cumplimiento del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 16, promoviendo sociedades pacíficas e inclusivas con acceso a la justicia para todos y construyendo instituciones responsables y eficaces.

ABSTRACT: Implementation of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platforms for the management of tutela actions in Colombia is presented as a solution to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the judicial system. To achieve this, it is important to include artificial intelligence, so that the platform can be a truly transformative tool and a true support to the judicial system. Currently, with the advancement of artificial intelligence, the support of these tools can be guaranteed from the receipt of the tutela action to the issuance of the ruling. This innovation would not only optimize the judicial system but would also contribute to the fulfillment of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, promoting peaceful and inclusive societies with access to justice for all and building accountable and effective institutions.
