El sistema financiero y su influencia en los pequeños agricultores y ganaderos

RESUMEN: Es importante resaltar el papel estratégico que tiene el sector agrario en el crecimiento económico y en el desarrollo social, pero el sector agrario necesita del impulso del capital para poder desarrollar los factores del trabajo y la tecnología. Las ayudas del sistema financiero al sector agrario son un elemento clave para el desarrollo de este importante sector estratégico de la economía española. Las Administraciones públicas, generalmente han sido sensibles a las dificultades que presenta el sector agrario a la hora de obtener financiación y ha puesto a su disposición una serie de instrumentos con el fin de facilitar su acceso a la financiación. Las perspectivas futuras de los agricultores españoles no son optimistas. El éxito del sector agrícola español está vinculado a su capacidad para garantizar la viabilidad económica de sus explotaciones y su competitividad en los mercados internacionales. Para ello, va a ser necesario aumentar la productividad y la eficiencia de su producción. Ante una crisis económica, las ayudas financieras pueden suponer un gran alivio y ser herramientas muy eficaces para compensar pérdidas económicas en los sectores o personas más afectados por las mismas.

ABSTRACT: It is important to highlight the strategic role of the agricultural sector in economic growth and social development, but the agricultural sector needs the impulse of capital to be able to develop the factors of labor and technology. The financial system’s aid to the agricultural sector is a key element for the development of this important strategic sector of the Spanish economy. The Public Administrations have generally been sensitive to the difficulties of the agricultural sector in obtaining financing and have made available a series of instruments to facilitate its access to financing. The future prospects for Spanish farmers are not optimistic. The success of the Spanish agricultural sector is linked to its ability to ensure the economic viability of its farms and their competitiveness on international markets. To achieve this, it will be necessary to increase the productivity and efficiency of its production. In the face of an economic crisis, financial aid can be a great relief and a very effective tool to compensate for economic losses in the sectors or individuals most affected by the crisis.
